Dr. Yael Aridor Bar-Ilan law offices is a unique and respected boutique law firm specializing in commercial and corporate litigation.

Dr. Yael Aridor Bar-Ilan established the firm in 2016 after many years as a partner at a big law firm, in order to provide fully tailored services to the needs of her clients. The firm’s values are founded on excellence, creativity, and integrity.

The firm’s ethos is that litigation requires the skills and ability to present the client’s position accurately and persuasively while being able to morally justify the client’s position in the dispute. The firm’s clients are represented personally by Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan who decisively and efficiently accompanies each and every stage of the process together with the high-quality, dedicated attorneys in the firm. Each case is handled based on years of experience representing clients in complex cases before all courts and tribunals, emphasizing a comprehensive familiarity with the facts and a combination of extensive legal research with determination to succeed and to present the client’s affairs in the best way possible.

The firm represents private clients, publicly traded companies and their officers, financial entities, academic institutions, and international corporations. The firm’s clients include, among others, Magen David Adom In Israel (the National EMS Organization), financial institutions, publicly traded companies, and private persons. Since its founding, the firm has represented clients in an appeal before the Israel Supreme Court in connection with a minority shareholder oppression lawsuit filed against Shlomo Eisenberg and Arad Investments and Development Ltd., in defending a director against derivative lawsuits in connection with BGI (Investments) 9061 Ltd. and BSD Crown Ltd, and more. The firm’s staff coordinates fully with the client in every case, after ascertaining the client’s goals and outlining the most effective ways to achieve them.

Dr. Yael Aridor Bar-Ilan, Advocate

Founder

Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan holds a doctorate in law (SJD, 2006) from Harvard University, a bachelor of laws (LL.B) from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude, 1999), and holds a bachelor of economics (B.A.) from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude, 1999). During her doctoral studies, Dr. Yael Aridor Bar-Ilan received prestigious scholarships including from the Justice, Welfare, and Economics Program, headed by Nobel economics Laureate Amartya Sen. Simultaneous to her studies at Harvard, Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan worked as a summer associate at the Goodwin Procter LLP law firm in the US.

Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan has years of experience litigating complicated commercial cases before all of Israel’s courts and judicial tribunals. Over the years, Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan has represented international corporations, insurance companies, former governmental ministers, and private clients in a variety of commercial disputes as well as in international disputes.


Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan lectures in continuing legal education courses and publishes academic articles in the  litigation field. A summary of Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan’s doctoral thesis on the subject of, “Justice: When Do We Decide?” was prepared under the guidance of Prof. Martha Minow (formerly Dean of Harvard Law School) and was published in the prestigious law journal, the Connecticut Law Review, and her articles in academic journals were cited in decisions by Justices on the Israel Supreme Court.

Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Tel Aviv University LL.M. program and at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya in a course she created, “Corporate Litigation.” In this course, she combines her academic knowledge and extensive experience in representing clients in corporate litigation matters.

Over many years, Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan volunteered as a member of the Tel Aviv District Ethics Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association and served for several years as head of a panel.

In addition to representing clients, Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan serves as a mediator and arbitrator and is included in the list of arbitrators for the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration.

Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999.

Ifat Manor-Nahari , Advocate

 

 

Adv. Ifat Manor-Nahari holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University, and an LL.M. (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. She is also a graduate of the Directors and Officers Course at Reichman University.

Adv. Manor-Nahari has extensive experience in managing criminal records, administrative enforcement proceedings, and disciplinary proceedings in the white-collar field before all judicial instances, including large-scale, complex and high-profile cases.

Over the years, Adv. Manor-Nahari has represented public officials, business executives, senior office holders, companies, attorneys, accountants, capital market professionals, and private individuals, achieving significant accomplishments in the cases she handled.

Adv. Manor-Nahari lectures in white-collar law courses on behalf of the Israel Bar Association and serves as Deputy Chair of the White-Collar and Economic Crimes Committee of the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Manor-Nahari has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2003.
